Teton XPF Series Solid Handling/ Direct Drive Pumps

This is replacing my previous Teton 3700 pump. It lasted almost 3 years and has a 2 year warranty. It appears to be a solid well built pump, but at $600 it should last longer. The other option is a longer warranty. Puget Sound ponds was an excellent company to work with. Straight answers and beneficial advise. Thank you.
