It was never delivered.

I'm on crutches, and couldn't get to the door in time, so DPD left. I received a notice through the door to pick up the parcel, at a designated site, in another town, by a certain date. My husband and I drove there, but could not pick up the parcel because I had no form of ID - my husband's wouldn't do, as the name on the package was mine. How helpful it would have been if we were told ID is required. They wanted a driver's license (I don't drive) or a utility bill! I don't usually carry my passport or bring a utility bill to pick up a parcel. We won't be able to return for the package before the deadline set by DPD, so I'm requesting a refund, as I see you have an "easy return policy." That was a great deal of inconvenience for a small nail brush.

Beautiful hardwood brush at a good price

The Olive wood of this brush makes it stand out from your ordinary plastic plus it's sustainable. Wooden brushes we've had in the past lose their finish in a few months but these last for years due to being hardwood. Bristles are hard grade so this if you're looking for a soft nail brush this is not it!
