This was my first order with SaiSankoh, and I'd be wanting to order from this brand for YEARS. I ended up messing up my order, (Thanks to silly auto-generated text!) and they responded within 24 hours to fix the issue and shipped my items immediately after. It's absolutely gorgeous.
