I had so much fun watching this video tutorial that I watched it all at once. The next day I was in a rush to the gym to try these techniques out. A great set about how it is useful and important to also think outside the box and where it can take you on your bjj journey. Informative and educational. When things are fun, there is enough motivation even when things are hard.
