Waste of Money

I have been very happy with the Hi-Dro Mesh in the past, but recently the 157 Hi-Dro mesh panels have been absolute garbage. They have been breaking before I even get to print on them. I understand that the thinner micron mesh is more fragile and requires a more gentle touch. With that said, I also use the 230's, which are an even thinner micron, and I've gotten a pretty reasonable amount of use out of them. I've even replaced the 157 with the 230 mesh in frames where the 157's have broken right away, and have not had any breakage with the 157's. I've also inspected the frames for burrs and have had nothing. So, I'm quite positive that I'm not doing something wrong or mistreating those screens. It seems that maybe there was a bad production run of the 157's. I think that between Ryonet and Nortec, more quality control needs to happen.
