I’m pretty new to body boarding and these are my first pair of fins. They’ve been very good. Comfortable on the foot, and haven’t slipped off (I’m not in the roughest surf). Only issue I have is very minor, but the drainage hole in the middle I would say is not ideal. But because the fins aren’t super tight on my feet the sand and water always drains out pretty
