Really nice canvas tote bags came on time and the print job is beautiful. 100% happy with this company.

Some of the bags turned out great. I received 8 damaged totes, some with marks/smears in the print, others with huge knots in the stitching that cannot be cut out without completely removing the stitching. When I brought the issue to their attention with photos of each damaged part they told me they don’t offer refunds and it is what it is. How they’re ok selling damaged products to customers, I have no idea.

I enjoyed working with this company. Anna was professional, knowledgable, helpful, patient, friendly, and nice which are all the qualities you want when dealing with a company. Best of all. I am very satisfied with the finished product. I will do business with this company again as well as recommend it to others.
