Used these on U-hooks anchored to the wall (in studs) for fixed positions. Strong and sturdy.

Ring Set and Door Straps

Being unable to go to the gym, this set plus the bands proved to be the best thing on the market. The straps and the door clips provide a stable way to work out. I've tried the other stuff from China and they aren't in the same league
