Excellent product and customer service

Our new home is a condo in a former church, so we have 24 foot vaulted ceilings. They are beautiful but our voices would get magnified in that space and because of a sort-of echo, it was hard to understand human speech on TV. I found this company online. I liked that they offered a free brochure explaining acoustic panels, as other companies wanted to charge for it. Dan Morrel was extremely patient with my numerous emails and phone calls, explaining, designing and making suggestions. The 12 acoustic panels that arrived matched perfectly the color of the walls and had a nice fabric texture. Yesterday we had them installed. The effect is amazing. They do exactly what we hoped they would do. We are very pleased with the results.
