Happy to Serve You - 10oz Coffee Cup

These mugs are so nice and made well. The only thing I don’t like are the tops for the mugs don't fit properly. It seems they're slightly too small. It doesn’t have a tight seal. When you roll your finger around the top of the cup to seal it, the other side comes off. Other than that, the mug is nice.

The mug is perfect. I only bought this mug from Upstate Stock because they sold it with a lid. In my experience, though, the lid does not work well with hot liquids, even as applied per the store’s marketing info. The steam from the liquid creates pressure that tends to pop the lid off or loosen it to the point where it pops off with the slightest touch which, with hot liquids, can be a safety hazard. If i apply the lid when my coffee is just about too cool to drink, it stays on snugly.

The cups have indents which I find to be abit awkward. It took me about 3 minutes to properly fit the lid over the cup in the correct spot. The mouth hole for the lid need to go over the indent otherwise the hole will be blocked by the lip of the cup. I probably won’t use the lids, they just don’t fit right.
