GP3318 High waist stretch bell bottom jeans

I placed an order for 2 items. 1 dress and 1 pair of jeans in a size large. Knowing they were sold out of both, they charged me for the initial order and over a week later (only after I emailed them following up on the status of my order did they partially refunded me for the dress. The jeans; however, were sent to me in a completely different size than what I paid for and they managed to leave the security sensor on the item!! I sent emails to two of their customer service emails and both were bounced back as undeliverable which indicates they blocked my email after shipping my order (my email about my order status went through the week before but not after i received my item to ask about them shipping the wrong jeans). This was not a mistake or an oversight and was a blatant (and unethical) attempt to avoid the uncomfortable conversation that they were sold out of both items at the time of my purchase.
