I waited about a few weeks to leave review because 2 of the 3 mystery snails and 1 of 6 nerites passed on but all shrimp were alive on arrival and are now thriving in a very primitive natural tank. I am not very far away from shop so shipping distance would make quite a difference I’m sure, so think of that when ordering and then reviewing

Customer service was helpful.

Two of the shrimp were DOA. Customer service was very helpful and offered a gift card. Since then 7 more shrimp have died. My tank parameters are all within range, so I am unsure what the cause is. I have had neocaridina shrimp for almost a year from another supplier with no issues. I don’t know if I will purchase again due to all of the losses on this first purchase. Customer service is helpful though

Lively little friends!

I love my new little friends! They are so cool and very lively. The only issue is that there is one missing in my tank after 1 week of having them. I sent a message to the company and they said that he is probably just hiding. We will see what happens next.
