Monkey’s Uncle Cupcake

This cupcake is my new favorite and it is delicious! My favorite has been the Blueberry Pancake for some time now but I saw the Monkey’s Uncle and decided to give it a try. Boy am I glad I did. This is a mixture of flavors that compliment each other deliciously! Starting with thst yummy banana cake filled with vanilla mousse then topped with not only chocolate fudge but then cream cheese mousse as well! You’ve got to try this one!!!!
