It took several weeks, maybe a couple of months during the pandemic for my order to be filled. BUT I was told from the outset this would be the case and asked if I had an urgent circumstance requiring special handling. I did not and really appreciated the heads up and the inquiry. The sprinkles are perfect. The many colors I ordered were all there, with bonus colors to boot and a handwritten note thanking me for my patience and patronage. I don’t think it gets any better than that! They’re def my go-to for my baking needs.
