Terrible Customer Service

I am not one to write bad reviews but my experience with SudzBox was terrible. I never received my item, and after reaching out to the support team MULTIPLE times and getting no response. After weeks of no response, I finally got a response saying the item was shipped to the wrong address, the person contacting me was rude and snarky. Mistakes happen, I wasn't upset, I asked them to resend me the item and they request that I pay for shipping again. I was shocked by this and asked them to cover it, they refused and once again the person I was working with was rude, at this point I was like okay then just issue me a refund, its been weeks at this point too. They had the audacity to say no refund, I never paid them for shipping again and they never refunded me. They just took $50 and never sent me a product. Truly one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had, very unfortunate as they may have a nice product here.

My truck was filthy and the paint is old so it shows it’s age. I used the spray to wash her up and I couldn’t ask for anything better. I’ve also got the delete and I am gonna be using it soon….
