Jacket sizes
It’s hard to find a waterproof jacket for our westie as the 12in is a little small also tight on the neck and the next size 14in is to long as a westie always walks with his tail up ,if long the jacket rolls up .The quality of the jacket is fine although we will be looking for something to fit better.A 13in jacket with a longer neck wrap would be a lot better. Thanks.
