I ordered 3 scopes and one of the scopes was stolen while moving through the mail system. Custom service was very helpful and sent out a replacement that took a couple of weeks. But at least they sent it and for that I am grateful. I'll be ordering more soon.

For the price, a very reliable scope, quality competes with more expensive brands.
