Thin and hard to attach

It seemed a lot thinner than the one the model wore online and on the outer package of the ponytail It was hard to attach and even with Bobby pins didn’t stay in place

This item is so pretty, I feel like I have hair again! It makes me feel very feminine to have such beautiful locks. Everyone complimented me and thought is was my hair. After alopecia, I was feeling really down about my hair and now I feel so much better. Incidentally, the color matched on the first order! There are various colors in the ponytail and they matched my current color.

Was great before I decided to style it...NOT heat-friendly

I loved my ponytail until I followed directions and applied less than 350 degrees of heat. It burned right off like a funny YouTube video. No product had been applied to the hair either. Not happy. I was looking forward to wearing it for my wedding...I'll look somewhere else now.
