The Tree of Life

Poor quality. Broke in under 3 months. No warranty response after multiple attempts.

Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service. I bought this phone case less than three months ago, and it already broke on one side with normal use. I contacted customer service to request warranty support due to the poor quality, but it has now been over a week and I have received absolutely no response. The warranty process itself was unnecessarily difficult, and I had to reach out multiple times just trying to get assistance. After three attempts and still no answer, I’m extremely dissatisfied. Poor quality product, poor customer service, and a very frustrating experience overall. I would not recommend.

Beautiful case but slightly too small

I absolutely love this phone case. The only downside is that it is slightly too small for my iPhone 14. Part of the side cracked after a week due to this and the left side is not well aligned with the volume buttons. Buuut I love the case and the artwork (Gustav Klimt’s “Tree of Life”) so much that I’ll keep it on as long as I can manage.
