Thorum advocates were very quick to respond to my issue regarding me ordering a ring almost a year ago that no longer fit me come wedding day, and showed me the proper avenues to address the issue and quickly send me a replacement ring! My husband loves this ring. He was very excited about getting a silicone ring with his main ring. Both rings are great quality, and he loves how comfortable the silicone one is. When he lost it, the process to order a new one was super easy and shipping was fast. I would definitely order from here again, great quality items and great customer service.
