Quick, easy, and convenient, but 'certificate' is totally underwhelming to give as a gift. Would have appreciated an actual half page size certificate with the amount printed on it - and a place for me to fill in recipient's name; maybe decorated with actual items one could purchase?? Or at least something that looks like an actual gift card to cut out. Thanks for the opportunity to let you know - I'd completely forgotten how disappointed and flummoxed I’d been! I can’t remember what I came up with for 'presentation', but the gift was certainly appreciated regardless!

The gift card function was not working and would not let send the ecard. after a couple of trials, Diane got it working. She was wonderful. I hope the system is now working properly.
