They look very nice and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, the size that was recommended to me turned out not to be suitable. I wish they offered half sizes, as I was in between sizes. I was advised to choose the smaller size because the suede was expected to stretch over time. However, after wearing them for a week, they still have not expanded enough, and my feet hurt because my toes feel cramped. Looking back, I wish I had gone a size up and worn an insole instead, as that would likely have provided a much more comfortable fit. It's a shame, as I really like the look of the shoes, but the fit has made them uncomfortable to wear. I wanted to invest in a pair of high-quality, comfortable shoes, but unfortunately, that has not been my experience. While they may work well for some people, they are not suitable for everyone, so I would strongly recommend trying them on and testing the fit carefully before purchasing.

I had been looking for a pair of comfortable but elegant black suede shoes for ages… thought at 60+ my days of really high heels might be done but these are so well made and so well balanced that I know I will be able to stand in these without any problems! An investment, yes, but I can see them doing so many jobs and being my go to “smart” shoes. Thank you Emmy!
