Nelco Olympia Superspin Blue or Yellow Discus

I’m a beginner athlete taking up Discus later in life (V40 male). After using a training discus for about 10 sessions I bought this on recommendation from my coach and have not been disappointed. It helps to focus on getting the release right as it’s less forgiving than a training Discus and so is helping my beginner technique. Very high quality and I fully recommend it!
