Great Instructional!

This is a great instructional by Johnny on using the open guard in nogi. This has helped me transition my gi game into nogi. A lot of the concepts will apply to gi training as well.

If you want to learn about reverse de la riva this is a great video series that covers a lot of info and shows how to deal with common counters. It also has some interesting details and positions that I haven't seen before. A lot of the basic techniques I was able to add into my game right away. Although I would have liked it broken up and labeled a bit more clearly, overall it offers a lot of great content.
