I have a Transit that I'm lighting up to go off road on adventures. Knew nothing about lights. My rep helped me through the process while explaining what his choices I had and what it will do to accomplish my needs and wants for adventuring off the beaten path with way more functioning lighting than I would have ever been able to accomplish. He then followed through to make sure all products arrived and verified some questions my installer had.
