Working Tools Bow Tie (Self-Tied)

The only reason I gave 1 star is because I could not give zero stars. I ordered 2 ties at $38 each and 4 days later, before my order was even shipped they lowered the price to $22.50. When contacted they replied that they would gladly refund the difference but needed a couple days due to being swamped with orders. On 11/29 they messaged me that they would take care of it the next day, (11/30). It’s now December 11 and still no refund and they have not answered any of the messages I’ve sent since then. Such a shameful way to treat Masonic brothers! I will not be dealing with this company again and I will be sure to tell all my brother masons how they treat their customers.
