This Instructional is 1 Volume and focuses on a sequence of escapes and defense to the Darce choke. The Video has good production quality with Multiple angles and good sound quality The Instructor has a clear speaking voice and explains the technique in details and the movements are shown in different angles. There is also a section at the end where Professor Friedman shows escapes from the Mount, back control, Guillotine and the Anaconda choke as well I still need to work on these techniques a little more to get efficient at them, but I believe just studying the course has helped me avoid getting caught lately

Quite uncommon concepts and interesting ideas for a different take on escaping and neglecting the Darce choke. Malachi Friefman is always an interesting watch but some of the techniques do not work for me in sparring while others make the difference

Defeat the darce

It's horrible getting submitted in a darce. This instructional was a game changer for not getting caught in darces. Definitely worth it.
