nice and sturdy, I bought it for my SiL, he and my daughter are expecting their first baby and he needed his own diaper bag for when he is carrying the baby. He loves it. Looks more like a smaller back pack but plenty of room for every thing he would need to care for the new baby. Also has a changing pad in it. A definite winner
