Beautiful once it got here, undamaged

this is a beautifully designed mirror that appears to be sturdy and of good quality. I purchased 2 of these mirrors for my newly renovated master bathroom to pair with the Kohler-McGee line including faucets, sinks, and a vanity mirror, I purchased elsewhere. My only issue is that I received several (!) mirrors damaged in transit either by the original shipping packaging that was insufficient or by the shippers improper handling. I had many emails back and forth with customer service to rectify this situation and waited 3 months for 2 non-defective mirrors to finally arrive. It was a frustrating experience, that took 3 months to finally get I damaged mirrors but customer service did their best to help.

Purchase two of these mirrors for bathroom renovation project. Unfortunately received damaged, but customer service was amazing and took care of the issue right away! Beautiful, simple mirrors.
