I thought it was an excellent dvd, they go over some really good effective techniques and I like how they recommend practicing the techniques dozens of times to learn proper technique and muscle memory. :+1::+1::+1:

I’m a judo brown belt who hasn’t trained strikes in a dogs age. I bought this dvd with the intention on learning how to implement strikes into a grappling context. I love the striking entries into a clinch where I can work my throws. I intend on drilling these with my coach in self defense oriented classes.
