I love my new jacket except for…

This jacket is so cozy, has a huge hood, which I love, and I’ve been getting tons of compliments! As an indigenous person who didn’t grow up with my culture, I just want to learn, represent and support in any way possible. I did have a Cowichan jacket when I was young, and this jacket reminds me of that. There are only two things I have suggestions about. There were several horse patterns shown, and I really wanted one different from the one I got. Maybe I somehow missed it, but I couldn’t find an area on the order page where I could specify which style I was hoping for. The other thing is that I had hoped for a more heavy duty zipper or even buttons, but really that’s a me problem. I have an aversion to the nylon zippers that are used in so many clothes, I can’t stand the sound of them lol! But I’ll say it again, all things considered, I would recommend these beautiful jackets to anyone.

Would be 5 stars except I’m having troubles with my refund and don’t know much of what’s going on with it. Shipping was extremely fast and customer service was prompt to send me my missing part of my order. Thank you I will order again. Next year.
