Taste is good , not a great texture but so little its alright

Great for workouts - taste good

I use them for trail running/hiking and enjoy them.

It's so convenient to have electrolytes in a gummy form and it tastes great too! I can pack it in my bag and eat right after my hot yoga classes. I first found these in the individual packs, but I never finished a whole pack at once so it's more eco friendly for me to pack a handful in a reusable container. Less garbage and they stay fresher in the large Family pack size :)
