Ruby Falls Weeping Redbud Tree

I ordered this mid June, just now got it! It is a weeping tree, they cut the top third branches off up to the curve of the weeping part of it, this is a 6-7 foot tree. All of the other branches had little tiny leaves growing at the ends. I called them and this is how thay prepare it for shipping! Earlier this summer they shipped me 2 golden falls redbuds that had a horrible leaf fungus and when i called them about it i was told to take the fungus leaves and dispose of them. I didnt pay hundreds of dollars to have to babysit a purchase because they sent it out covered in fungus! I told her i wanted to send them back and that was the end of the conversation! No refund no replacement and no more communication from them! I bought a Ruby Falls weeping tree last summer,it is a beautiful tree and in one year it has spread out and is gorgeous and it does not have fungus, i am in Michigan! And I paid 1/2 of the price of these horrible trees!

I love it! It’s a beautiful tree and I think we’ll do well and it spot in our yard! I have had many red buds or the ear, but never a weeping one like this one. I look forward to watching it grow!

Ruby red was a good height and healthy it had been lightly pruned of a couple branches. Will see what the future holds.
