Blah experience

Some how an old email got linked to my deki account and I never saw the proof to approve of it. That is no fault of deki, however after weeks of not hear back from me they did not call, mail, or try to reach out in anyway. They took my money and sat on it. It took multiple phone calls and emails (none received anything back) for me to get the proofs approved and email changed. Once I received my order it was cheaply made and the leather was extremely thin. I wouldn't be leaving such an honest review but it's also annoying getting 3-4 emails asking for a review. I won't be ording from you again, I wouldn't refer you to my friends, and I don't think I got a good value for my money. However 3 out of 5 stars is Fair, and with mild improvement you could have a much better company.

Great Quality

First time working with this company, but our business definitely looks forward to working with them again. The quality of their beanies were amazing. Good Communication with updates, and product got here quickly. Look forward to working with them again.
