Sparkle Moon Bolo ~ Salty Pendants

Buyer beware! If the post office loses your package you’re out of luck. I never received the $50 worth of jewelry I ordered and I reached out to Salty Cali. They basically said I was out of luck. When I further told them how disappointed I was, they then offered me a 40% discount to reorder what wasn’t delivered. Really?? Why would I reorder from a company that doesn’t stand behind their products. I support small businesses all the time but I have never encountered one who was so unwilling to help. They ship their jewelry out in thin envelopes, super easy for the USPS to get them mixed in with other people’s mail and then you’re out of money. I can’t in good conscience purchase from a company again who can’t stand by the delivery of what you ordered. (And nowhere in their policies does it say you assume this risk). I had recommended this company to friends and have told them to steer clear. All of them were shocked that they wouldn’t help me out with my lost package.
