Thin Finn

I was very happy to come across the Lost Dutchman leather company when looking for a new minimalistic wallet as a gift from my children. I decided on the Thin Finn. Upon receiving the wallet, there was a very noticeable indent in the leather that did not appear to be natural. The company very kindly replaced it with another one. However, the gold foiling on the replacement was sloppy and did not stay within the confines of the respective letters. I decided not to return it again, but was very disappointed. I would strongly encourage the company to place greater emphasis on quality assurance before releasing the product to the customer.

Massive disappointment

Took 2 weeks to receive and when it came it was tiny super flimsy and not the color I wanted. I sent email expressing my concerns and they asked me to send pictures of products. The color description was russet/black. I had a very light brown color item. They responded that the color I received was correct from what I ordered. The expectation from them was for me to pay postage to send back. I accept my loss and will never purchase anything from this company
