I love all the jewelry and have had great luck with everything but the rings I got two rings that discolored right away they replaced them and it was great customer service but the rings did it again so love everything but the rings

Clast not secure enough
I just want to start by saying I love this bracelet! Purchased at the Nashville store. However upon seeing it in store the toggle closure seemed like it was loose/would possibly open up easily. I liked to do much I bought it anyway. Needless to say it’s fall off several times. I’ve caught it but I’ve been worried one day it would wall fall off i and just wouldn’t notice. That day came today and I’m so upset. First of all, I shouldn’t have to be constantly checking my wrist to make sure it’s still on (although I do because I love it) and I went a few hours to dinner with friend, didn’t check, and it must have fallen off on the street somewhere. This wasn’t cheap and I was happy to have owned a piece from the Nashville store. Is there any way I could get a new bracelet or refund?
