Good quality, easy to put together, although instructions & pictures could have been more detailed. QR code provided to watch video of assembly

The end product is nice although the art work is very sparse. The assembly instructions are ridiculous - things crossed out and directed to YouTube. Over priced wrapping.

Customer service excellent! Made a mistake with ordering and it was fixed quickly!! Written instructions to build stool were very poor. But QR code was great.
