Disappointing. Straps too big...previous versions fit great
This isn't my first pair in this size/style, but sadly it's the only one that has oversized straps around the foot. I contacted customer service, exchanged them, and still had the same issue. I didn't want to have to buy ankle straps after years of wearing the same shoe, but it seems it's the only way it'll stay on my foot.

Show day disaster
Bought a pair of the wide mule a few months ago! They were great for practicing, then when I was competing in April both soles came loose and were flopping around. I super glued them back together. Luckily I know how to walk in heels or I would have tripped or rolled an ankle on stage!
