Expensive returns!

I paid £7 pounds to have a crew neck jumper shipped. I found the sizing too big and the colour not flattering to my skin tone. Then I found that I had to pay for shipping to return the jumper. Shocking. Usually when you pay for initial shipping free return shipping is included. I haven’t come across another retailer of this scale that makes you pay for both. Colorful Standard, I’m disappointed and don’t plan to order again. Too much risk. I’m out £15 with nothing to show except waisted time and money.
