This is one of the best instruction knows I’ve ever bought. Since I bought this one I have purchased all the other ones he has made. Great teaching techniques very easy to follow and understand. I like he doesn’t use too much time talking and doesn’t drag it out, before he shows it technique and moves to the next one. I’m also hoping BJJ fanatics will send me an autograph of Bernardo :blush:
