TOO SMALL

I received two packages of waist briefs. I opened only one. The briefs are very tight on me. If I wash & partially dry them I will not be able to get them on. I cannot use these. I understand your sizing has changed, however your size chart measurements have not. Will the sizes you recommend always be like this for the women's waist brief or will they go back to the sizes on your size chart? I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you, Joan
