Better for battery connections
My soldering iron came with the pointy tip which is fine for smaller pads, however I struggled to Sauter larger joints and battery connectors,this tip works fantastic

I Love this thing
Gets up to temp super fast. It’s a nice unit. I have a larger chisel tip for XT60 and this one does almost everything else. Great product.

Great tip!
I love this tip a lot. The heat transfer is great compared to the stock TS100 tip. It's perfect for small / medium sized pads.
