Poor response and customer service

I have been trying to reach out for several weeks on some technical details and they refuse to help me. I have everything wired correctly and the boards work on a test bench but I cannot get them to work in my car. At this point I have 60 dollar paper weights.

Worked first try

I like the design and its pretty small, It worked pretty much right out if the gate, unfortunately i could not use it for what i wanted it for due to the different way my tail lights were wired (being POS driven instead of GND) so for now it is in storage for a future project, if there is ever a version of this that activates via positive leads, it would be nice for lights that have multiple leads but all grounded to one!
