Absolutely Excellent

My husband and I are Orthodox converts. We watch Father Moses McPherson on YouTube, and he suggests 1st Phorm Vegan Protein powder for our long fasts. My husband and I were skeptical, since we both have bad experiences with other Protein powder. But Father Moses is right - this powder mixes better than any other powder we've seen. The favor is great too ( we got chocolate mint cookie) and I have used it in a vegan fudge recipe with great results. I was most worried that my husband would hate it, but he reaches for it every single fast day. I am grateful, so that we can maintain our health while still following our Faith.

The brand of protein powder was recommended to me by my trainer and it really is great. I got the Iced Oatmeal Cookie flavor, it's great. I make the shakes adding frozen fruit, usually blueberries. Really great flavor and I feel great before and after a workout .

Just ok

I find that vegan protein powders either taste bad and/or have a gritty texture. I was hoping this one would be different, but unfortunately the flavor was just ok, and once mixed, it wasn’t smooth. The texture and fake taste just wasn’t it for me. Owyn is still the best tasting and smoothest vegan protein powder I’ve found.
