These are easy to swallow with a small drink of water. I’m not quite through my first month yet so I’ll check back in later. No bad taste and they don’t give you that feeling that theyre stuck in your throat… so far, so good.

I love how I can just grab a packet and go. No opening 5 different bottles and wondering how many of what vitamin to take. This product does that for me and I love that so much!
