I had purchased a mane and tail brush. I had used it a couple of times and really liked it. It did exactly as Hairy Pony had said. I continued to use the brush and noticed some of the metal bristles had gone. I contacted Hairy Pony and explained my concern, and enquired if I had to send my brush back. Without hesitation and without sending my brush back, a new brush was on its way to me. Hairy Pony asked if I could send a photo so they could enlighten their manufacturer.
