Fabulous and customer support was amazing

First, these boots are so comfy and chic, I am so glad I bought them. And second, I can’t explain how amazing the customer support is with this brand. I originally ordered a different style of shoes, which ended up hurting my feet, and the team immediately said they’d love to make it right, even though I had ordered them from a third party provider, which they absolutely did not have to do. I got a credit I then used to buy these, which are amazing but the real winner is the customer support. Thank you team!

Good for fall. Good for winter. Good for sunny days. Good for rainy days. Good for jeans and sweaters. Good for leggings and sweatshirts. Just very, very good.

Nice Boot

Very light! The studs are subtle. Haven’t worn them in the rain yet. I didn’t expect to have to scrape off a glob of glue from the suede, but I did & fortunately it didn’t leave a mark. I also didn’t expect them to arrive with a scuff mark (not a natural flaw in the suede) but it wasn’t in a noticeable place so wasn’t worth reporting it. Nice & light boot, true to size, disappointed in the quality for the price.
