Good Product - Excellent Solution for Flush Ceiling

Customer Service corrected an initial shipping issue quickly and without hassle. Product is innovative and unlike any other ceiling product I've ever worked with. I would recommend for beginners understanding the actual tiles are a light weight plastic and flex when installing.
