Nice alternative perspectives on No Gi!

With it’s roots in Catch Wrestling it is nice to see an alternative view on No Gi grappling. The techniques demonstrated are clear and concise. Highly recommended for those wanting to improve their No Gi. Also a mush for Catch Wrestling/Luta Livre enthusiasts!

Awesome video
